In this Policy, "GCL Corp," "GoClarifi," "we," "us," and "our" refer to GoClarifi.

Please do not submit social security numbers, bank information, payment-card information, passwords, access credentials, protected health information, confidential bid documents, controlled technical information, or other highly sensitive information through general Website forms or chat features.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services, accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a meeting.
Mobile Information Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers that perform support services on our behalf, such as messaging delivery, customer service, scheduling, CRM hosting, or technical support, is permitted only when reasonably necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate restrictions.
All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, purchased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not use consent obtained for one organization or messaging program as consent for an unrelated organization or program.

As of the Effective Date, GCL Corp does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

As of the Effective Date, GCL Corp does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required notices and opt-out methods before using personal information for those purposes.

GCL Corp will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
14. California Privacy Notice
This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to GCL Corp.

GCL Corp does not request or intentionally use sensitive personal information through its general Website forms for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law.

Subject to legal applicability and exceptions, California residents may request access, correction, deletion, information about collection or disclosure, or opt out of sale or sharing.

15. Texas Privacy Notice
To the extent the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to GCL Corp, Texas residents may have rights to:

GCL Corp does not sell sensitive personal data and does not sell mobile opt-in information or SMS consent.

GCL Corp is based in Texas, United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States.
If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that privacy and data-protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
The Website is not intended to affirmatively target residents of jurisdictions in which GCL Corp has not established legally required privacy procedures.
